Job Summary

Promote Julphar’s products and services to healthcare providers and KOLs within an assigned Jordan territory. Meet sales targets, develop and manage the territory, execute sales and marketing plans, and plan call/visit coverage. Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering therapeutic solutions, identifying new customers, and maintaining loyal accounts while ensuring Julphar CRM strategy implementation and required reporting. Stay current with clinical data and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

•Promote Julphar’s products and services to healthcare providers, KOLs, and other key stakeholders in an assigned territory.
•Meet or exceed sales targets within agreed budgets and timelines, driving increased revenue and profit.
•Develop and manage the assigned sales territory, including retailer and stakeholder engagement and territory coverage planning (sales calls/visit frequency).
•Implement company sales and marketing plans, using promotional tools and FMS to achieve assigned targets.
•Maintain records and reporting (daily, monthly, customer profile and marketing feedback reports) and participate in meetings by presenting the territory snapshot.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy is mandatory.
•Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred Cardio).
•Strong working knowledge of Distributor/Agents operations, Government accounts, tendering processes, contracting and pricing methods.
•Functional knowledge of clinical aspects of the pharmaceutical industry, including pharma supply chain, dispensing requirements and drug distribution channels.
•Proven ability to build strong partnerships with country teams and with Marketing & Medical teams in headquarters.
