Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and track corps member certification action items and readiness, including coordination with graduate school partners and background check requirements.
  • •Maintain accurate corps member, alumni, and external partner records through data collection, entry, quality checks, and annual cleanup efforts.
  • •Drive completion of major corps and alumni milestone surveys by tracking responses and following up with constituents.
  • •Coordinate logistics for member-facing and external events, including venue, materials, catering, attendance tracking, and on-site execution.
  • •Support public affairs by managing the External Affairs VP calendar and preparing briefing materials and travel logistics for external engagements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 29.23 - 38.32 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of related experience.
  • •Demonstrated attention to detail and anticipation of needs.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite (especially Google Sheets).
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey clear expectations across diverse audiences.
  • •Ability to organize, prioritize, track, and manage workflows and resources in a fast-paced environment with limited oversight.
