•Design and price insurance offers for the Belgian market.
•Monitor the business performance and associated risks to ensure portfolio health.
•Help the rest of the team understand the subtleties of healthcare and insurance through clear communication.
•Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and product managers to build tools that enable tailored insurance offers at scale.
•Work with regulators and stakeholders to ensure compliance and support growth across segments.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in the insurance sector, with meaningful exposure to health insurance products (hospitalisation, group insurance, disability or dental)
•Fluent in English and French/Dutch
•A scientific background (actuarial sciences, statistics, mathematics or data science) with practical experience in insurance (product, pricing, regulatory or analytics)
•Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data, business and legal questions into actionable outputs
•Builder mindset: continuously identify opportunities to improve and scale processes and systems
