Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver customer orders and collect returns safely and on a timely basis within your assigned region.
  • •Perform last-mile deliveries to wholesale and retail outlets, including checking orders before delivery and collecting necessary return documents from shops.
  • •Collect cash from ecom COD customers and payments using credit card machine for COD ecom customers, and hand over as per procedure.
  • •Complete all assigned processes in Fareye, including collection of orders from shops for last mile and shop-to-shop transfers.
  • •Ensure vehicle readiness and safety: daily vehicle inspections, minor maintenance, keep vehicle clean, follow routes/schedules, and report incidents, accidents, and maintenance issues promptly.
