Job Summary

Sell AI-first BPO/BPaaS solutions for contact center and customer experience, creating new enterprise relationships with decision makers from C-level and operations. Serve as a subject matter expert across industries, using a consultative approach to craft customized deal propositions leveraging AI, analytics, and automation. Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation, and develop go-to-market plans to drive demand.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively originate deals and create demand by building relationships with decision-making buyers for BPO/BPaaS services.
•Act as a subject matter expert in one or more target industries and articulate core value chain processes and transformation opportunities.
•Develop customized AI-enabled BPO/BPaaS propositions that account for prospect challenges, stakeholder dynamics, and competitive positioning.
•Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, collaborating with solution architects, pricing, legal, and operations to structure multi-million-dollar ACV BPO deals.
•Create and execute a strategic go-to-market plan and maintain executive-level relationships with stakeholders including COO/CIO/CFO and Heads of Operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,290 - 287,574 annually

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience selling BPO/Business Process Services with a strong understanding of transformative outsourcing models.
•10+ years of success selling large, complex, global BPO deals (> $20M TCV).
•10+ years of experience selling transformative Customer Experience/Customer Service and industry-specific core value chain deals.
•10+ years of industry experience selling to Fortune 1000 clients.
•Ability to bridge business value with AI (agentic/generative), analytics, and automation tied to core administrative platforms.
