Job Summary

Own revenue predictability, planning, and executive-ready insights across new, renewal, and expansion revenue. Serve as a player-coach by managing a post-sales Revenue Insights Analyst team while personally owning pre-sales analytics and planning. Lead forecast methodology, planning cadence, capacity and territory models, and executive/Board reporting. Apply AI to streamline forecasting, generate scenarios, and surface risk and narrative insights earlier.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and coach a Revenue Insights Analyst team focused on post-sales analysis; hire and scale the team as scope grows.
•Own pre-sales analytics and planning personally while overseeing team output and quality.
•Own forecast methodology and accuracy across all revenue streams, including leading forecast cadence and executive performance reviews.
•Build and manage capacity models and lead annual/quarterly planning, integrating pipeline signals with assumptions and aligning quota/territory planning.
•Deliver actionable performance insights and executive/Board-level reporting, including presales pipeline reporting and weekly forecast packages, while applying AI to streamline modeling and surface risk earlier.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6–10 years in RevOps, FP&A, or analytics roles, with prior people management or player-coach experience preferred.
•Strong forecasting and financial modeling experience.
•Experience supporting executive-level decision-making and performance reviews.
•Advanced Excel/BI skills, with familiarity with AI/ML tools applied to forecasting or analytics.
•Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce.com and Clari for reporting, dashboards, and pipeline data structures, including quota/territory planning methodologies.
