Key Requirements

  • •Extensive knowledge of mining practices, equipment capabilities, and mechanical/electrical maintenance principles, including budgeting/costing and maintenance planning systems.
  • •BSc. in Engineering or technical accreditation aligned with the role.
  • •Minimum 10 years of progressively senior experience, preferably in a unionized environment.
  • •Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
