HR Generalist

Serve as a versatile HR Generalist, supporting a smooth HR function across the organization. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, communicate HR policies, handle employee concerns with professionalism and confidentiality, and contribute to exit interviews, recruitment support, onboarding, training coordination, and performance review processes. You’ll also help ensure compliance with employment laws, manage leave administration, support payroll/compensation/benefits, and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
