Key Responsibilities

•Directly engage with clients in external Slack channels during data ingestion, driving investigations, reconciling balances, and resolving missing volume issues with the Enterprise Success Consultant.
•Analyze large client datasets to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and produce actionable outputs.
•Support Core and Broker delivery workflows as a specialist for data-related issues, maintaining deep context on clients and datasets.
•Assist Advisory with operational workflows including recurring reconciliation, data validation, and exception resolution.
•Leverage AI tools to speed up investigations and automate repetitive data tasks while improving team operations.
