Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience for Coach customers while meeting individual and store sales goals. Build lasting client relationships through product expertise, styling, and fashion advice, using mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to drive repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including transactions, cash wrap, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and maintaining an organized, brand-aligned sales floor.

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and efficiently processing purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) and knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including reading price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), including climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering on the sales floor and stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition skills (preferred).
