Key Responsibilities

  • •Report for duty punctually and ensure proper grooming as per hotel policy.
  • •Attend daily briefing in selected areas conducted by Supervisor/Manager and be fully trained on resort standards and procedures.
  • •Clean, replenish and prepare all guest rooms as per hotel standards; follow health and safety policies.
  • •Operate and maintain cleaning tools and equipment; report malfunctioning tools to supervisor/Engineering department.
  • •Carry out any other job-related duties as requested by the hotel.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of experience in upscale luxury hospitality or five-star hotels
  • •impeccable attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • •excellent spoken and written communication in English and/or another language
  • •ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • •good grooming and adherence to hotel policy
