Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate research team operating rhythms (sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, retrospectives) with the Research Manager.
  • •Run the research intake and triage process—capturing, clarifying, routing, prioritizing, and tracking new requests.
  • •Provide operational oversight for always-on research programs, monitoring participation, data quality, operational issues, and escalating when needed.
  • •Manage participant logistics end-to-end: recruiting, scheduling, communications, consent tracking, incentive processing, screening, and participant experience.
  • •Maintain and improve the research repository and insight management—tagging, templates, naming conventions, permissions, documentation standards, and reducing duplicative research.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,200 - 139,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of experience supporting UX research, customer research, research operations, or a closely related function.
  • •Comfort managing research recruiting, scheduling, participant communication, consent, incentives, tooling, note-taking, documentation, and repository hygiene.
  • •Methodology-aware understanding of how to plan and execute high-quality customer research (setup, screeners, participant experience, synthesis support, documentation).
  • •Knowledge and excitement for how AI-enabled tools can improve research speed, consistency, note-taking, documentation, and access to insights.
