Key Responsibilities

•Meet and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan.
•Demonstrate subject matter expertise concerning scientific and clinical information for Encaleret.
•Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials with a customer-centric approach.
•Analyze sales and targeting data to identify opportunities for growth or areas of concern in the territory.
•Plan and execute territory business initiatives in alignment with company goals and cross-functional teams.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8-10 years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry and 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology; rare disease experience is highly preferred.
•BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required.
•Product/indication launch experience with a track record of launching new products/indications into competitive or new markets.
•Strong leadership, planning, organization, analytics, business acumen, decision making and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to prioritize and execute on plan; influence without authority; excellent written and oral communication; ability to use remote technology and AI to engage customers and analyze opportunities.
