  • •Lead complex, ambiguous projects from conception to completion and own outcomes
  • •Mentor junior and senior engineers, promoting feedback and continuous improvement

  • •Architect systems that serve as foundations for years to come and drive monitoring for stability and reliability
  • •Own engineering initiatives as a product owner and communicate tradeoffs to stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • •Must have strong full-stack experience with Django and Postgres on the backend and TypeScript/GraphQL/NextJS on the frontend; comfortable across backend, frontend, and mobile
  • •Proven track record mentoring or leading engineers and driving engineering culture improvements
  • •Ability to architect scalable systems and thoughtful tradeoffs for long-term flexibility
  • •Experience building observable, testable, and maintainable systems with strong emphasis on quality
  • •Experience participating in customer discussions and owning engineering initiatives from conception to production
