Lead the end-to-end onboarding of hedge fund and institutional clients for prime brokerage, partnering with Prime Origination Sales and Product Sales to gather commercial, trading, technical, and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities

•Manage the end-to-end onboarding of hedge fund and institutional clients.
•Partner with Prime Origination Sales and Product Sales to gather client commercial, trading, technical, and operational requirements after a new mandate is won.
•Handle multiple onboarding cases simultaneously across Legal, IT, Operations, Trading, Margin, Risk, and Global Markets execution teams.
•Build and maintain external client relationships and manage expectations through regular updates toward an agreed go-live deadline.
•Contribute to profitability and growth by delivering excellent client experience, cross-selling products, and implementing risk, conduct, and compliance controls.

Key Requirements

•Current Prime Brokerage experience, ideally in a front office Client Transition role, with an understanding of the hedge fund landscape.
•Be a front office certified candidate or be expected to pass the relevant exams within the allotted timeframes.
•Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
•Ability to work independently to deadlines and prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment.
•Detail-oriented, process-driven approach with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
