Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop research objectives and proposals for own or joint research, with assistance of a mentor if required.
  • •Coordinate face-to-face workshops and online surveys with diverse stakeholders and support carers with lived experience.
  • •Analyse and interpret research findings and results, including collecting research data using relevant research methods.
  • •Prepare manuscripts for publication and disseminate research findings through seminars and research outputs.
  • •Develop practical and creative resources for frontline health and social care professionals and co-facilitate CPD sessions and knowledge-translation events.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 36,636 - 46,049 annually

Key Requirements

  • •A PhD relevant to the research area (or near completion), or equivalent PhD level qualifications.
  • •Understanding of unpaid care, suicide, and/or homicide, developed through previous research or professional experience.
  • •High level analytical capability.
  • •Ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • •Fluency in relevant models, techniques or methods and ability to contribute to developing new ones.
