Sr Customer Relationship Officer - Encino

Lead branch operations support by coaching and training tellers to process transactions accurately and in line with banking policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Oversee performance relative to losses and risk mitigation, approve customer and bank transactions within established limits, and ensure staff training and policy reviews are implemented. Contribute to audit and certification outcomes, maintain branch security and cash/accountability controls, and support new accounts and customer needs through referrals and escalation as needed.
