Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and grow relationships with top-tier enterprise audit firm partners, including joint business plans and serving as senior escalation point for complex audits and initiatives.
  • •Own and grow a network of systems integrator partners, embedding Drata into their advisory and implementation practices and driving partner-sourced revenue.
  • •Drive partner-sourced and co-sell revenue by aligning enterprise sales teams with audit firm and SI partners across the introduction-to-close lifecycle.
  • •Build and scale repeatable co-selling motions (partner enablement, deal registration, pipeline tracking, and forecasting) across both audit and SI ecosystems.
  • •Represent Drata as a product advocate to educate partners on best-fit products and partner with Customer Success to monitor and improve audit-related CSAT and address friction points.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, business development, or audit-led go-to-market roles within B2B SaaS or large professional services.
  • •Demonstrated quota-carrying or business development experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
  • •Strong understanding of the GRC landscape and familiarity with audit/compliance/risk/security frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and SOX.
  • •Experience influencing revenue outcomes through partner relationships, referrals, or co-selling motions.
  • •Experience managing senior stakeholders (partners, principals, and enterprise decision-makers) across complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
