Operations Specialist

Provide operational support for Client Banking by processing account and transaction activities with accuracy and speed. Review and prioritize servicing requests, monitor operational reports for completeness and exceptions, and handle urgent tasks such as chargebacks, holds, closures, and negative balance resolution. Maintain and update account restrictions and perform quality control, documentation indexing, and exception research while partnering across Branch Banking, Client Banking, and Deposit Operations to meet service level deadlines and compliance requirements.
