Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide customer service standards with each customer interaction, building customer confidence through accurate and efficient service.
  • •Perform teller services (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing) and process cash/check transactions within authorized limits.
  • •Open new accounts and cross-sell need-based bank products and services by listening to and clarifying customer needs.
  • •Follow policies and compliance procedures, including verification, reporting accuracy (CTRs, SARs, monetary logs, Reg CC holds), and maintaining BSA/anti-money laundering requirements.
  • •Maintain cash drawer limits and daily balancing, report cash outages, and support opening/closing duties as assigned.
