Job Summary

Own culture and engagement programs that make Tabby feel connected, celebrated, and consistent across its distributed hubs. Design and run global standards for culture, events, recognition, milestones, and employee engagement communications. Lead merch ownership end-to-end, manage vendors and budgets, and partner with local hub experts while traveling across locations to bring initiatives to life.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver hub events, team buildings, and road trips that strengthen belonging across a distributed team.
•Build and run scalable recognition programs and milestone moments (birthdays, work anniversaries, new-baby gifts, etc.).
•Own branded merch end-to-end: concept, production, vendor management, and distribution across hubs.
•Drive engagement across a distributed workforce and advise teams on communication formats and best practices.
•Lead cross-hub people initiatives and manage external partners and budgets to deliver programs on time and on brand.
