Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead product management of Mastercard Rewards (MRS) for North America.
  • •Ensure Sales, Implementation, CIS, BizOps, and partners are enabled to deliver against objectives.
  • •Act as subject matter expert for all Loyalty and Rewards, influencing global stakeholders on platform requirements and enhancements.
  • •Drive cross-functional enablement and adoption of platform capabilities, including commercialization and shared-services deployment.
  • •Manage the Rewards P&L for NAM, including annual forecasting and product revenue waterfall, and develop business cases for enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Own a strong background in Rewards/loyalty with proven knowledge of loyalty and loyalty platforms.
  • •Comfort presenting to customers and prospects and serving as a subject matter expert for Loyalty and Rewards.

  • •Proficiency with SQL and strong understanding of technical systems and how they interface.
