Product & Research Operations Manager, Human Data

We are seeking a Product and Research Operations Manager to design, scale, and operate Cartesia's global scaled evaluation workforce, owning end-to-end workforce systems across hiring pipelines, vendor strategy, workforce planning, quality control, and performance. You’ll translate product needs into operational workflows and partner across product, engineering, data, and customer-facing teams to support AI evaluation at scale.
