Job Summary

Support the Store Manager in running a Miele Experience Centre and delivering a premium customer experience. •Collaborate with the Store Manager to support delivery of sales, customer experience, and operational objectives across the Experience Centre.
•Coach, guide, and lead to develop and improve the sales team while maintaining a positive and engaging environment.
•Deliver a premium brand experience with customers and colleagues to build long-term relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat business.
•Monitor store standards, displays, and customer service levels to ensure the Experience Centre consistently reflects Miele’s quality and values.
•Support daily store operations including rota planning, administration, stock management, and compliance; lead the Experience Centre when the Store Manager is absent.
