Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the Store Manager to support delivery of sales, customer experience, and operational objectives across the Experience Centre.
  • •Coach, guide, and lead to develop and improve the sales team while maintaining a positive and engaging environment.
  • •Deliver a premium brand experience with customers and colleagues to build long-term relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • •Monitor store standards, displays, and customer service levels to ensure the Experience Centre consistently reflects Miele’s quality and values.
  • •Support daily store operations including rota planning, administration, stock management, and compliance; lead the Experience Centre when the Store Manager is absent.
