Job Summary

Operate recycling and wastewater/UPW processes according to work instructions, troubleshoot day-to-day process and equipment issues, and support installation/qualification of process equipment. Monitor process control alarms, collect and analyze process data, and implement course corrections to improve safety, efficiency, and performance. Perform tests, minor maintenance (including pump troubleshooting), calibration per ISO instructions, routine sample analysis, hazardous waste handling, and shift documentation for recycling and water systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate recycling and wastewater/UPW processes and support installation/qualification of process equipment.
•Monitor and respond to process control alarms using basic course correction and escalation, and collect/analyze process data to adjust throughout the shift.
•Troubleshoot and solve day-to-day recycling and water treatment process and equipment problems, escalating process upsets to engineer and supervisor.
•Perform standard tests and routine analysis on samples using laboratory equipment; conduct minor maintenance and repairs including pump troubleshooting.
•Maintain accurate records and documentation, handle hazardous waste and spills per HAZMAT standards, and train production associates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19 - 23 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED is required.
•Meet one qualification: 1+ years of FS technical experience, or 1+ years in an industrial/commercial operation or technical setting, or an associate degree in a technical discipline.
•Experience in equipment maintenance and process troubleshooting is preferred.
•Prior industrial wastewater treatment experience is preferred.
•Valid driver’s license and ability to work safely with wet chemical processes, electrical/mechanical knowledge, and strong acids/bases/peroxide handling as applicable.
