Sr. Surface Land Negotiator - Quail Ranch

Lead complex negotiations and manage high-value surface land contracts for company-owned acreage in the Permian Basin and Western States. Draft, negotiate, and review surface use agreements, easements, and related provisions; ensure third-party compliance and conduct title review/curative work. Assess market rates and negotiate surface damages, prepare analyses to support acquisitions, and collaborate across engineering, geology, legal, regulatory, land, and surface land teams while representing the company with external stakeholders.
