Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop engineering-level project execution plans (dates and resources) for a product line in alignment with contract dates and other x-functional lines.
  • •Control project engineering plan, scope, and resources daily to stay aligned with the project schedule.
  • •Lead and develop a team, providing engineering deliverables and reviewing others’ work (e.g., manufacturing drawings, schematics, P&IDs, procedures, reports).
  • •Liaise with clients at technical and management level to ensure needs are met and study requirements are provided on schedule.
  • •Report project progress and technical challenges through PMR meetings, escalate for support as needed, and coordinate interfaces and communication across stakeholders and product lines.

Key Requirements

  • •MSc or BSc degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Controls Engineering (or equivalent) with extensive experience in a similar product and project engineering management role.
  • •Broad knowledge of processes, methods, and procedures within project and engineering management across the full lifecycle (concept, detail engineering, manufacturing and testing support, and field support).
  • •Proficiency communicating with customers in English to define and develop technical scope.
  • •Christmas Tree engineering background for subsea equipment, including Vertical/Horizontal Christmas Tree and related tooling sets.
  • •Cost and schedule driven mindset with proactiveness, quick learning, resilience, and availability to travel to support work fronts globally.
