Specialist - Talent Attraction (m/f/d) (MU)

Lead end-to-end recruitment for mainly Operations roles, including executive and senior-level hiring. Source and attract candidates for complex, niche positions using innovative strategies, maintain a strong talent pipeline, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. Manage university and vendor partnerships to build early talent pathways and handle relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Coordinate job fairs and Open Days while driving employer branding and representing the organization externally.
