Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and execute a multi-year global People Operations strategy, clarifying global/regional/local accountabilities and governance.
  • •Evolve People service delivery (tiered support, case management, knowledge management, and self-service) and improve service quality through standards and root-cause problem solving.
  • •Own the strategic roadmap for Workday and the People technology portfolio, partnering with Technology and Information Security on integration, access controls, data privacy, release management, and continuity.
  • •Ensure People data governance, deliver workforce reporting and actionable analytics, and maintain compliance with data-protection and records-management requirements.
  • •Sponsor and govern major People transformation initiatives, including payroll modernization across 12 markets; manage vendors and lead disciplined change and adoption.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •12-15+ years of progressive HR/People experience with significant leadership in a large, global, matrixed organization.
  • •Proven success leading shared services or employee service delivery, HR technology, process transformation, and operational governance at scale.
  • •Strong Workday expertise shaping an integrated HR technology roadmap, including familiarity with case management, knowledge platforms, and analytics/automation tools.
  • •Experience with People data governance, workforce reporting, and translating data into actionable business insight.
  • •Experience using AI tools and solutions (preferred: Gemini and ChatGPT); plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
