Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor tool performance and perform scheduled preventative maintenance on assigned tool sets.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electronic equipment using diagnostic tools and software.
  • •Document maintenance activities using established check sheets and tracking systems; review documentation and procedures for improvement opportunities.
  • •Dismantle, adjust, repair, reassemble equipment using schematics/manuals/layout plans; support installations, testing, and modifications.
  • •Use test and calibration equipment to perform equipment checkouts and systematically solve problems to improve tool uptime and reduce recurring issues.

Key Requirements

  • •AAS in Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off).
  • •Ability to safely lift and control up to 50 lbs (frequently) and up to 30 lbs overhead; move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
  • •Ability to work with gases and chemicals used in production processes and wear personal protective gear.
  • •Basic knowledge of semiconductor equipment/manufacturing processes and AC/DC circuits, electronic components, and electronics theory (preferred).
