Job Summary

We’re seeking a highly organized, high-velocity operator to be the right hand to the founders of Exa. You’ll steer company strategy, financial modeling, recruiting, and cross-functional initiatives, owning critical communications, board decks, and KPI planning. The role blends business, technical, and operational work, with a bias toward speed, detail, and high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Support company strategy development

Salary: USD 130,000 - 200,000 annually

•Proven track record as a high-output operator with a history of delivering fast, high-quality results across multiple domains (strategy, finance modeling, recruiting)

•Demonstrated interest in solving hard problems and understanding why high-quality information matters for the world
•Bonus: engineering background or exposure to technical teams is a plus
