Key Responsibilities

  • •Build Cursor’s technical learning library with hands-on code walkthroughs, tutorials, labs, workshops, reference implementations, and instructor-led training.
  • •Create high-quality demos, reference implementations, and workflow automations using Cursor as part of your development process.
  • •Lead large-format workshops, technical deep dives, and hands-on enablement sessions that help engineering orgs adopt AI coding tools effectively.
  • •Serve as the technical translation layer between Product and field teams so they can quickly get up to speed when new capabilities ship.
  • •Partner across Product, Engineering, DevRel, and Go-to-Market on launches, contribute public technical content, experiment with new education formats, and measure adoption and fluency gains.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Field Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Consulting, technical enablement, or software engineering at a developer tools or platform company.
  • •Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern engineering organization structures, especially how AI coding tools are changing software development.
  • •Active power user of AI coding tools with a deeply customized developer workflow.
  • •Delivered large, high-impact workshops or technical training to engineering teams with engaging, hands-on, outcomes-driven sessions.
  • •Comfort communicating complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively in written and verbal form.
