•Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, service, finance, etc.) to ensure efficient delivery of products and services and resolve issues.
•Maintain regular communication with Customer Center counterparts and report monthly market intelligence and industry trends.

•Experience in mining, heavy machinery, or industrial solutions
