Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate cross-functional operations between business stakeholders, application teams, technical experts, and external service providers.
  • •Drive operational excellence through process standardization, KPI monitoring, automation opportunities, and continuous service improvements.
  • •Govern SAP batch job scheduling across ERP modules, managing dependencies, execution sequences, and timing windows while mitigating conflicts and performance risks.
  • •Own SAP integrations with third-party WMS platforms, monitoring interface performance, data quality, and system stability; coordinate incidents, enhancements, testing, and warehouse onboarding.
  • •Lead operational management of customer EDI connections, including onboarding new customer connections and message types, and develop new technical concepts for customer connectivity.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification.
  • •Several years of experience in cross-functional SAP modules (SD, MM, LE), ideally in S/4HANA.
  • •Very good knowledge of business processes and relevant technology in wholesale, retail, and e-Commerce, preferably footwear and apparel.
  • •Strong analytical and technical skills focused on ERP systems.
  • •Fluent English is mandatory; German or other regional languages are a strong asset.
