Own end-to-end knowledge strategy and governance for assigned functions, including Help Center articles, SOPs, runbooks, and support workflows. •Drive cross-functional alignment on readiness and content strategy across Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Support, Compliance, Risk, and Training.
•Establish scalable content standards, information architecture, and governance frameworks that raise the bar for the team.
•Use AI to tackle complex domain-specific knowledge problems and identify metrics-driven improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

•4-5+ years of relevant experience with advanced knowledge of knowledge management and content strategy across multiple related job areas.
•Proven ability to independently own multiple, more complex functions end-to-end and make program-level decisions with limited outside support.
•Deep knowledge management and content strategy experience across governance, information architecture, content lifecycle, and knowledge base operations.
•Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional collaboration and influence across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and CX partners.
•Active FINRA licenses where functionally necessary, plus executive-level communication and strong project management skills.
