Job Summary

Warehouse Operations Manager responsible for planning, organizing and directing receiving, stocking, picking, packing and shipping of materials in Grand Prairie, TX. Key Responsibilities

•Ensure that all warehousing and distribution functions in Texas provide a best in class service to internal and external customers.
•Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, FAA, ATF, Environmental, Customs, and all other regulations.
•Monitor and report on performances metrics to senior leaders to ensure the accomplishment of company goals and activities supporting our customers.
•Develop and manage department budgets to minimize expenses and optimize cost savings concepts. Coordinate and track operational expense. Compile and prepare budget analysis and report results.
•Lead process improvement projects to support the warehouse excellence roadmap. Develop, implement, and improve processes and procedures that ensure accurate and effective operations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
•Minimum of eight years of experience in distribution, inventory control or related function
•Minimum of three years of experience leading and developing teams
•Must have, or be willing to obtain, certification in shipping hazardous materials, both IATA and DOT
•US Person under ITAR definition (U.S. Citizen, green card holder or person covered under our existing ITAR license)
