Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead requirements discussions with clients and finalize business needs from merchant acquiring banks or financial institutions.
  • •Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for merchant acquiring and payment solutions, bridging stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • •Draft end-to-end merchant acquiring solutions and support successful implementation with internal teams and partners.
  • •Identify, analyze, research, and resolve functional queries from internal teams and third parties, including moderate-to-complex issues.
  • •Interact effectively across internal departments and escalate systemic and business-impacting trends through proper leadership channels.

Salary: EUR 60,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive SME functional knowledge of merchant acquiring solutions, including payment gateways, authorization switches, scheme clearing and settlements, merchant pricing, interchange and scheme fees, and financial reconciliations.
  • •Fluent in Italian and English.
  • •Prior experience working within the payments industry.
  • •Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for merchant acquiring and payment solutions.
  • •Consultative understanding of system parameters, options, and business needs from financial institutions or merchant acquiring banks.
