Support the FMCG team with a mix of data and account operations for TikTok Shop. •Gather, cleanse, and analyze FMCG sales performance, user behavior, and campaign metrics from TikTok Shop.
•Design and maintain recurring BI reports and KPI tracking for OKRs such as GMV, traffic, conversion rates, acquisition efficiency, and campaign ROI.
•Conduct advanced trend analysis to identify actionable insights into product performance, consumer preferences, and marketing effectiveness.
•Collaborate on building and optimizing real-time business dashboards to visualize KPIs for stakeholders.
•Support FMCG special projects and marketing campaigns, including merchant acquisition/onboarding, seller account management, and onboarding/enablement coordination.

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
•Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and precise formatting.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google Workspace tools.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey complex information.
•Familiarity with BI visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and/or data analysis using SQL and Python is highly desirable.
