Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair basic and major mechanical issues and perform basic electrical and mechanical diagnosis.
  • •Maintain strong knowledge of HV, LV, and general electric vehicle systems.
  • •Follow correct repair order documentation procedures, i.e. The Three C's.
  • •Use software tools to document customer vehicle interactions.
  • •Communicate and collaborate with the service team and customers; support mobile service as needed and teach learned technical skills.

Key Requirements

  • •Customer-facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn proprietary DMS software.
  • •EPA 609 Certification and willingness to complete Lucid-provided CPR training post hire.
