Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and disposition conflicts of interest disclosures and produce deliverables efficiently.
  • •Own the COI workflow by following up with employees and managers for missing information or incorrect approvals.
  • •Identify complexities in disclosures and resolve them according to the Conflicts of Interest Guidelines principles.
  • •Provide support and guidance to employees, including responding to conflict-related questions and assisting with COI compliance training.
  • •Prepare and present conflicts data and develop/update policies and procedures as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree.
  • •At least 3-5 years of compliance, paralegal, and/or conflicts experience at a financial institution or professional services firm.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • •Advanced knowledge of conflict-of-interest systems and tools to check compliance with procedures and guidelines.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills, including drafting and proofreading; strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
