Key Responsibilities

  • •Clarify requirements with business and technology partners and translate business needs into technical designs and implementation plans.
  • •Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and user experiences using ServiceNow development tools and JavaScript.
  • •Enhance supported ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, Now Assist) and integrate the platform with enterprise systems via REST APIs and SOAP services.
  • •Contribute across the Agile lifecycle, including refining work, estimating solutions, sprint planning support, and unit/integration/regression testing plus documentation.
  • •Support ServiceNow platform health by resolving issues, analyzing root causes, improving performance and reliability, and supporting upgrades, patches, hotfixes, releases, and post-release validation.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in software development or platform support, with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education/training/work experience).
  • •Enterprise experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, administration, or platform support.
  • •Strong understanding of ServiceNow application development (workflows, integrations, and user experiences) using the listed ServiceNow tools.
  • •Experience supporting and maintaining ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and Now Assist.
  • •Relevant certifications (preferred): ITIL, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, and ServiceNow Micro-Certifications.
