Job Summary

Coordinate end-to-end delivery of customer and channel customisation across categories and customers in the UK & Ireland, driving displays, packs and cases from concept through execution. Lead cross-functional projects, ensure SKUs are fit for purpose, tested and compliant, guide design/artwork and timelines, coordinate master data and costings, and maintain accurate display catalogue data.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver customised projects for assigned initiatives, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time execution (e.g., displays, packs, cases).
•Ensure new customisation SKUs are fit for purpose, tested, compliant, and delivered to agreed customer standards and timelines.
•Manage adherence to customer guidelines by partnering with internal teams and external agencies across design, artwork, and critical path activity.
•Brief suppliers in a timely and clear manner, ensuring requirements are communicated effectively and approvals are secured internally and externally.
•Coordinate master data setup for all new customisation SKUs, ensuring accurate and timely creation and ongoing maintenance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
•Ideally 1–3 years’ experience within FMCG (or a closely related environment)

•Experience working with and influencing multiple stakeholders
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
