Job Summary

Seasoned Workday Business Systems Analyst to own configuration, testing, and optimization of Workday HRIS (Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Security) within Anthropic’s People Services team. You’ll partner with HR, Finance, COEs, and People Analytics to ensure secure, scalable HRIS solutions, deliver insightful reports, drive automation, and lead change management for new features and workflows.

•Support Workday configuration and implementation, translating business requirements into effective system solutions
•Design, test, and deploy Workday modules, integrations, and custom reports to support core business processes
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document processes, and implement solutions that align with organizational goals
•Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, business processes, and technical integrations
•Create and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 205,000 - 265,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience as a Workday Business Systems Analyst with demonstrated expertise in configuration, testing, and implementation
•Strong technical skills including understanding of Workday architecture, security models, and integration methodologies
•Experience with full lifecycle Workday implementations and/or significant module expansions
•Expertise in Workday HCM, Benefits, advanced Compensation, and Security modules
•Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
