  • •Own the end-to-end candidate experience for Staff-level and leadership roles, including complex negotiations, equity education, and counter-offer strategy.
  • •Architect and execute advanced passive sourcing strategies to identify elite, hard-to-find technical talent.
  • •Serve as a primary talent advisor to VPs and Directors using data-driven insights to inform multi-quarter hiring plans.
  • •Lead continuous improvement of the recruiting workflow using Career Level Guides for consistent evaluation and leveling.
  • •Drive long-term succession planning by identifying and engaging talent for critical roles of the future.
