Key Responsibilities

•Provision, manage, and decommission storage resources on Dell EMC PowerMax, including LUN creation, host mapping, masking views, and capacity management.
•Administer NetApp AFF and PowerScale (Isilon) OneFS storage operations (volumes/shares, qtrees/permissions, and capacity monitoring).
•Manage Cisco MDS SAN fabric tasks (zone creation/modification, port allocation, and basic troubleshooting).
•Administer backup platforms (Cohesity, Rubrik, Veritas NetBackup), including policy/schedule management, backup monitoring, and restore validation for RTO/RPO.
•Contribute to automation and AI-assisted operations by using Python/Ansible/REST APIs, supporting GitOps workflows and GitHub Actions pipelines, and writing/maintaining operational runbooks.

Key Requirements

•3–6 years of hands-on experience in an enterprise storage or infrastructure engineering role in a production environment.
•Hands-on block storage experience with Dell EMC PowerMax (or equivalent), including LUN provisioning, host connectivity, performance, capacity, and troubleshooting.
•Hands-on file storage experience with NetApp ONTAP (NFS/SMB/pNFS), including volume/share management, SnapMirror, and troubleshooting.
•Hands-on data protection experience with enterprise backup platforms (Cohesity, Rubrik, Veritas NetBackup, or Commvault), including policy management, job monitoring, and restore execution.
•Intermediate scripting ability in Python and Bash, plus exposure to Ansible or Terraform and working from runbooks/standard operating procedures.
