•Lead development of TikTok’s AI search evaluation framework, including defining experience quality goals and quantifying key issues.

•Act as project owner to drive cross-functional collaboration across algorithm, business product, and evaluation operations teams.
•Build and maintain an AI search evaluation knowledge base.
•Optimize evaluation tools and workflows and explore applying LLMs to improve evaluation efficiency and team execution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above with a strong interest in large language model (LLM) technology and search products.
•Solid project management skills with clear, efficient communication and follow-through on processes.
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly accountable environment.
•Self-motivated and proactive learner who is willing to take on challenging tasks in the AI product space.
•Ability to think outside the box rather than just following industry trends.
