Key Responsibilities

•Build a world-class CRM architecture: own HubSpot and turn the first implementation into a scalable, multi-country CRM with data model, pipeline structure, and automations.
•Own analytics and scoring across the B2B funnel: design analytics and client scoring models to surface opportunities and risks with real-time visibility.
•Streamline and scale B2B processes: audit the end-to-end funnel and define handoffs, SLAs, ownership, and infuse automation and AI where it adds leverage.
•Be the strategic partner of the B2B team: identify bottlenecks, prioritize initiatives, and translate ambiguous questions into structured, data-backed analyses and recommendations.
•Collaborate across Ops, Data, and Tech to scale RevOps as a function over 12-24 months.

Key Requirements

•4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, or Strategy & Operations in a fast-growing B2B environment.
•Architected (not just used) a CRM at scale (HubSpot or Salesforce) with data models, automations, and a strategic-asset mindset.
•Advanced SQL skills and strong command of a BI tool (Looker, Metabase, Tableau, or similar).
•Autonomy to own and drive complex cross-functional projects from A to Z with minimal guidance.
•Fluent in English (spoken and written).
