Key Responsibilities

  • •Demonstrate safety and environmental responsibility by following safety procedures, using required PPE, and adhering to LOTO and machine guarding requirements.
  • •Support injection molding machine operations by assisting with start-ups/shutdowns, monitoring equipment performance and product flow, and performing basic process adjustments as trained.
  • •Provide material and production support by supplying/resupplying resin, colorants, and additives, loading materials using approved handling systems, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • •Perform routine in-process quality inspections, identify defects, use measurement tools as trained, and complete production/scrap/downtime/quality documentation.
  • •Collaborate with Operators, Packers, Team Leaders, Maintenance, and Quality, participate in shift handoffs, and communicate production, quality, and equipment concerns promptly.

Key Requirements
