Key Responsibilities

  • •Track and consolidate transformation projects and forecasts (new and existing).
  • •Challenge assumptions by highlighting risks, assessing impacts on the strategic plan, and guiding inputs for business cases.
  • •Provide monthly financial updates to the CFO and Transformation Director on progress.
  • •Align teams’ pre- and post-transformation views across CAE’s three financial statements.
  • •Maintain financial models, prepare reports and presentations for senior management, and implement improvements to planning and forecasting processes (including AI).

Key Requirements
