•Identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, and run in-depth analyses to inform product strategy and execution for proprietary financial products.
•Own forecasting, goal-setting, and tracking of inputs driving ROI across financial value propositions for capital and resource allocation decisions.
•Support company-wide capital markets strategies to ensure adequate financing for program benefits.
•Lead strategic planning across growth initiatives and new product launches.

•Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in strategic finance, private equity/credit/venture capital, investment banking, and/or management consulting.
•Investor mindset with a strong ability to reason about risk/reward.
•Build, stress-test, and iterate financial models that reflect a point of view.
•Demonstrate analytical rigor: decompose problems, diagnose root causes, and go deep on unit economics while staying focused on the strategic question.
•Excellent communication and cross-functional influence through credible, structured executive storytelling.
